The parties had been married for 10 years and D.G. was unemployed whereas A.G. made substantial income. D.G. sought to hurt D.G. by making criminal allegations against him to both law enforcement and to A.G.’s federal law enforcement employer. D.G. also sought alimony from A.G. and a share of A.G.’s federal pension.
